Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was a bit disappointing as the TV didn't work and there was no fridge. It wasn't even ready when we arrived after the check-in time. The unpleasant encounter with a huge spider made us happy to leave early. The room felt cold and lacked any atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, airy, and very clean. However, there were no clear instructions on how to heat the air con unit before 5 PM. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location, although a bit far to walk from Canterbury, was great for enjoying cricket matches and within walking distance of the town center. The dining experience was satisfactory but slightly overpriced for the offerings available.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the temperature was a bit high. The service was friendly and helpful, but the dining options left much to be desired. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Canterbury with good access to other areas. Facilities were decent, with some room for improvement in certain areas.
